Information about our Rental Shops
There are 33 Rental Shops at JetStream-Storage.com. Our shops are new, clean and secure. This is a list of features and amenities:
Size
Our Rental Shops are either 30' x 40' or 35' x 40'.
Standard Amenities
Every Rental Shop has a bathroom (toilet and hand sink), laundry sink, floor drain, hot and cold water, heat and a garage door opener.
Optional Amenities
Optional amenities in the Rental Shops include mezzanines, epoxy floors and/or showers. Air conditioning is also available.
Rental Shop Costs
The base rent for a 30' x 40' Rental Shop is $950 per month. The base rent for a 35' x 40' Rental Shop is $1100 per month. Additional amenities are an additional cost.
Utilities
Mandatory utilities paid by the Renter are electric (Cass County Electric) and Xcel Energy (Natural Gas). Internet service by Sparklight or Midco is optional.
